최근 국내 건설 시장은 포화 및 성장률 둔화 등의 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 디지털 컨버젼스 시대에 맞춰 IT기술을 융합함으로써 당면한 상황을 타개하려는 움직임을 흔히 볼 수 있다. 하지만, 건설산업은 IT융합의 여지가 매우 적었으며 단순히 IT기술을 필요에 따라 사용해 왔다. 다시 말해 건설 프로세스 전체가 아닌 일부 공정 공종으로 한정적으로 적용해 왔다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 건설 전(全) 프로세스와 관련하여 포괄적 관점에서 융합기술을 분석하여, 건설 IT융합 모델 개발 및 활용방향의 지표가 될 수 있는 프로세스 단계 별 적합한 유망 IT기술을 도출하고 나아가 효과적인 건설 IT융합의 기본방향을 제시하고자 한다.
Domestic construction industry, which has recently had difficulty in market saturation and slowing growth, is trying to resolve this situation by incorporation with IT technology. However, there was less choice and has simply used IT technology as required in construction field. In other word, IT technology has applied to not all processes but some parts. Therefore, in this paper, we find out suitable and promising IT technology to each step of construction process, analyzing IT convergence technology related to whole process comprehensively in order to suggest fundamental directions for effective construction IT convergence in the field.
