In this study, we analyzed previous studies and collected important factors that can have an impact on the effectiveness of Cyber Home Learning. We were supposed to regard the effectiveness as an intention to attend the class. We selected the instructional value, website usability, subjective norms as factors that can have an impact to this intention. We conducted the survey based on these factors. We distributed and collected data from 6th grade elementary students in Kyungki Province. And also we performed confirmatory factor analysis. After modifying the survey, we gave it again to the students. Finally we were able to establish my research model and hypothesis. They are accepted through the result of the Analysis Structural Equation Modeling. Moreover, included in this study are the restrictions and suggestions.
