EHR 시스템에 저장된 임상시험에 참여하는 환자의 진료 정보는 EDC 시스템에 수동으로 재입력되는 경우가 많다. 본 논문에서는 EDC에서 EHR로 질의하여 필요한 임상시험 데이터를 검색하여 자동 입력하는 인터페이싱 기법을 개발하였다. 개발한 인터페이스는 다양한 EDC와 EHR 시스템들의 내부 데이터 포맷과 무관하게, 국제 표준인 CCD 포맷에 대한 QED 요청/응답 메시지로만 질의 처리가 가능하다. 개발한 인터페이스는 다양한 EDC와 EHR 시스템들이 웹 서비스 방식으로 쉽게 연동하는데 이용될 수 있다.
Investigators usually enter a good amount of patient information into EHR and EDC systems respectively. In this paper, we develop an interfacing technology that allows the investigators of the EDC system to request the EHR system to send the information and save them into the EDC system without retyping. Regardless of internal data formats of both systems, the proposed interfacing software can handel the request based on CCD and QED standards. The software can be used to integrate EDC and EHR systems for Web Services.
