Early development of East Asian Buddhist temples can be interpreted mainly through the analysis of the process of change of site design. The development of Korean ancient Buddhist temples during the period of Three Kingdoms had to be discussed as domestic development since no Chinese cases of archeological excavation were reported. Recently 5 temples sites of northern China were excavated and therefore, this paper attempt to compare the development of Chinese and Korean site design of temples. Particularly, this research focus on the identification of Paekje temples of single pagoda-image hall pattern in Puyo area based on the influential comparison between the cases of China and Koguryo. The development of Paekjy temples were influenced by both China and Koguryo, but during the $6^{th}$ century, Koguryo seem to have influenced more strongly, and later on during the $7^{th}$ century, Chinese temples influenced more than Koguryo. These can be proved mainly by the arrangement of corridor and connected buildings, as well as the way pagoda and image hall were placed within the rectangular corridor.
