최근 스마트 폰 사용자가 증가함에 따라 언제 어디서나 원할 때 편리하게 이용할 수 있는 무선 네트워크에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 또한 무료 Wi-Fi의 공급 또한 날로 늘어가는 추세이다. 이에 따라 스마트 폰에서 무료 Wi-Fi를 통해 인터넷을 할 때, 개인 정보를 해킹 당하는 등의 위험 역시 나날이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 Wi-Fi의 위협과 워 드라이빙 공격에 대해서 살펴보고 이에 따른 대응방안을 제시한다. 대응 방안으로 SSID의 보안설정, CA(Certification Authentication)추가를 통한 클라이언트와 AP 인증, CA추가를 통한 클라이언트 인증을 WEP에 적용하는 것을 제안한다.
Recently as the increase of smart phone users, the wireless network which people can access anywhere anytime is getting interests. The supply of free Wi-Fi zone is growing up as well. As a result, when people use smart phones through accessing free Wi-Fi, they may have a risk like being hacked their personal information. Wi-Fi threats and war driving attack are examined, then the proposed model is presented in this paper. Therfore, SSID security setting is proposed for countermeasure of various hacking personal information attack using AP authentication on CA(Certification Authentication).
