본 연구는 사회적으로 배제되어 온 기혼 여성 지적장애인을 대상으로 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 탐색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전라북도 내 장애인복지관의 실태조사를 활용하여 기혼 여성 지적장애인 128사례를 추출하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 조 사대상자는 중장년층, 중증 장애, 장애를 가진 자녀의 비율이 높았고, 학력수준은 매우 낮았으며, 건강상태도 나쁜 것으로 나타났 다. 경제적으로도 매우 열악하였고, 물질적 궁핍 비율은 30% 이상이었으며, 자녀 양육과 교육을 위한 사회적 지원도 매우 취약하 였다. 그리고 건강상태, 물질적 궁핍 경험, 사회적 지원에 따라 행복감에 차이가 있었으며, 연령과 사회적 지원 정도가 행복감에 유의미하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다(F=1.931, p<.05, R2=.141). 이런 결과를 바탕으로, 본 연구에서는 기혼 여성 지적장애인 의 평생교육 지원과 공공의료 서비스 연계를 통한 건강관리, 자녀의 장애 조기발견과 조기개입, 자녀 양육지원을 위한 가사도우미 서비스, 공식적․비공식적 지원체계를 강화할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to explore the factors influencing the euphoria targeting married women with an intellectual disability that have been socially excluded. For this purpose, by utilizing survey married of women with intellectual disabilities by disability welfare center in JB Province, only 128 cases were extracted. Analysis, the higher the proportion of women with intellectual disabilities elderly, education levels were very low, and even higher proportion of severe, showed a high percentage of children with disabilities, also had poor health status. Were also economically very poor, material deprivation rate was over 30%, and social support for child care and education were also very vulnerable. Good state of health of women with intellectual disabilities, physical privation's experience, when social support was better, were observed statistically significant difference in happiness. Finally got the age and social support appear to be statistically significant for the happiness(F=1.931, p<.05, R2=.141). Based on these results support through lifelong learning and public health services conjunction for health of women with intellectual disabilities, early detection and early intervention for children with disabilities, Domestic help services, presented must to strengthen formal and informal support systems for parenting support.
