The purpose of this study is to figure out the determinants that influence the job
satisfaction of 2,682 disabled paid workers that have returned to their original
workplace by using the 5th data out of the panel researches on the employment of
the disabled. The major results of the frequency analysis are as follows: about the
grades of disability, grade 5 and 6 formed 79.8%, so most of them were the mildly
disabled. About the types of disability, kidney disorders occupied 13.8%, and they
returned their original workplace. And their job satisfaction was found to be average
3.08 out of 5, the perfect score, so it was close to the medium. Among 3 factors and
11 variables influencing their Job satisfaction, 7 variables showed statistically positive
and significant results. And the order is the wage, scale of the business, having a
license or not, being a regular worker or not, period of continuous service, having a
spouse or not, and academic career.
