To evaluate the relationship between shift work term and risk factors for cardiovascular system, this study
was conducted with 112 people of a city company. If participants did aerobic exercise (over three times a week, over thirty
minutes a day during the past year), they were considered the exercise group. If they did not they were considered the
non-exercise group. The data was analyzed using SPSS 13.0 and a t-test was performed. When we compared the exercise
group with the non-exercise group, the values of Glucose, TC, LDL-C, BMI, BPS (risk factors for cardiovascular system)
for the exercise group were lower. There were no significant differences in other checkups.
