이 연구는 예술치료 수퍼바이지가 지각하는 수퍼비젼관계, 자기신념, 전문성 발달 및 수퍼비젼 만족도 간의 구조적 관계를 고찰하는 것을 목적으로 한국연구재단의 지원을 받아 수행되었다. 연구 대상은 예술치료 관련 학, 석사 학위과정에서 임상실습을 수행하며 정기적으로 수퍼비젼을 받고 있는 수퍼바이지 212명이며, 이들로부터 수집된 설문자료를 구조방정식을 사용하여 통계적으로 검증하였다. 그 결과, 수퍼비젼관계가 수퍼바이지의 전문성 발달에 미치는 영향을 수퍼바이지의 자기신념이 완전매개하며, 이러한 구조적 관계는 수퍼비젼 만족도에 따라 달라지지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 예술치료 수퍼비젼의효과와 예술치료사 전문성 발달 과정에 대한 고찰에 있어 중요한 지침을 제공하는 동시에,예술치료 수퍼비젼이 나아갈 방향을 제시한다.
This study, supported by a research fund from the National Research Foundation of Korea, was conducted to examine the structural relationship among supervisory relationship, supervisee self-beliefs, supervisee development, and supervisory satisfaction in creative arts therapist training. The data were collected from 212 creative arts therapy supervisees currently involved in clinical training and periodical supervision in undergraduate/graduate programs. Structural equation modeling was used in data analysis, and the result showed that supervisory relationship affected supervisee development through the completely mediated effect of supervisee self-beliefs, and this structural relationship was stable enough not to be affected by supervisory satisfaction. This study provides considerable and concrete information on the importance and effect of supervisory relationship on creative arts therapist training.
