본 연구는 가정연계 언어지도 프로그램이 언어발달지체유아의 언어능력과 표현어휘에 미치는 영향 을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 참여자는 경남 G 장애 전문어린이집에 다니는 원아 3명과 아동의 어머 니를 대상으로 하였다. 언어능력의 변화는 취학 전 아동의 수용언어 및 표현언어 발달척도(PRES)와 수용ㆍ표현 어휘력 검사(REVT)로 살펴보았고, 표현어휘의 변화는 자발화 분석을 통해 의미관계 유형 으로 살펴보았다. 연구설계는 아동 3명의 대상자간 중다간헐기초선설계(multiple-probe design across subjects)를 적용하였으며, 독립변인은 가정연계 언어지도 프로그램이며, 프로그램실시에 3명 아동의 어머니들이 참여하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가정연계 언어지도 프로그램을 언어발달지체 유아에게 실시한 후에 언어능력이 향상되었다. 취학전 아동의 수용언어 및 표현언어 발달척도와 수 용ㆍ표현 어휘력 검사를 사전, 사후 검사를 실시 한 결과 획득점수가 증가하였다. 둘째, 가정연계 언 어지도 프로그램을 언어발달지체 유아에게 실시한 후에, 참여아동들의 다단어 의미유형이 증가하였 다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the language ability and vocabulary development of 3 preschooler with language delayed through home & institution linked language program. In order to do this, 3 preschooler were selected and their mothers participated the home & institution linked program. The measurement were administered with PRES (ie. Preschool Receptive -Expressive Language Scale)and REVT (ie. Receptive & Expressive Vocabulary Test), and analysed with the meaning types and words relations. The design of this study was multiple probe design across subjects method was applied. The intervention program were consisted for 15 sessions. The results of this study were as follows. First, home & institution linked language program had a positive effect on improving subjects’ language skills. From the result of pre-post test, improvement was shown on PRES and REVT. Second, through the home & institution linked language program, using language interventions is an effective naturalistic approach for development of vocabulary of language delayed children. It is proven that Multiple probe design across subjects had a positive effect on improving subjects’ language skills and development of vocabulary
