본 연구는 SCAMPER 기법을 활용한 명화감상 활동이 유아의 창의성 및 가상적 내러티브 구 성능력에 미치는 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. K시에 위치한 유치원에 재원 중인 만 5세 유아 40명이 실험집단과 비교집단에 배정되었다. 실험집단에는 SCAMPER 기법을 활용한 명화 감상 활동을 실시하였고, 비교집단에는 미학적 요소에 기초한 명화감상 활동을 실시하였다. 창의성 검사인 TTCT와 가상적 내러티브 검사를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였으며, 수집한 자료 에 대하여 공분산분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 실험집단의 창의성, 가상적 내러티브 구성능력 의 사후 점수가 비교집단에 비해 유의하게 높은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과는 SCAMPER 기법은 유아의 명화감상 활동에 효과적인 교수학습방법임을 시사한다.
This study was aimed at analyzing the effects of SCAMPER creativity training on young children’s creativity and fictional narrative composition ability. 40 kindergarteners aged 5 took part in the study. The experimental group participated in SCAMPER creativity training while the comparative group participated in art elements-based appreciation activities. The data were analyzed by ANCOVA. The results showed that there were significant differences in the post-test scores of creativity and fictional narrative composition ability between the experimental group and the comparative group. It was thus clearly seen that the SCAMPER creativity training was more effective in developing young children’s creativity and fictional narrative composition ability than traditional art appreciation activities.
