본 연구는 특수교사의 개인적 교사효능감과 집단적 교사효능감, 직무만족도 간의 관계를 살펴보고자 함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 이를 위하여 B시에 위치한 9개 특수학교에 재직 중인 특수교사를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 총 104부가 최종 분석에 활용되었다. 본 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 특수교사의 개인적 교사효능감은 근무학교 형태 및 학교급에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 특수교사의 집단적 교사효능감은 연령과 특수교육 경력에 따라 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 한편 특수교사의 직무만족도는 근무학교 형태, 학교급, 연령, 특수교육 경력에 따른 차이가 총점을 비롯한 하위영역별로 나타났다. 둘째, 특수교사의 개인적 교사효능감과 집단적 교사효능감, 직무만족도 간에 모두 정적 상관이 나타났으며, 개인적 교사효능감과 집단적 교사효능감은 각각 직무만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 특수교사의 개인적 교사효능감은 집단적 교사효능감과 직무만족도의 관계에서 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among personal teacher efficacy, collective teacher efficacy, and job satisfaction of special school teachers. The data was collected from 9 special schools located in B city and a total of 104 responses was used for the data analysis. The results are as follows: First, the levels of personal teacher efficacy of special education teachers were significantly different according to the character of school, teaching level. The levels of collective teacher efficacy of special education teachers were significantly different according to age and special education career. The levels of job satisfaction of special education teachers were significantly different according to the character of school, teaching level, age and special education career. Second, significantly positive correlations were found between every two variables of personal teacher efficacy, collective teacher efficacy and job satisfaction. Also, personal teacher efficacy and collective teacher efficacy have a positive effect on job satisfaction of special education teachers. Third, personal teacher efficacy has mediation effect on the relationship between collective teacher efficacy and job satisfaction.
