This study explored secondary school teacher’s creativity competencies using a concept- mapping. We
conducted to focus interviews on the 13 secondary school teachers to achieve this goal and calculated the
statements obtained in interviews, comprehensive, and classification and then applied multidimensional
scaling and hierarchical cluster analysis. Study results were as follows. First, the teacher of creative
competencies items 55 items were derived, 32 items were selected for the final. Second, secondary school
teachers are creative competence of the teacher category to recognize the “academic expertise level”, the
“creative teaching and learning dimension,” “relationships and attitudes dimension”, “creative teachers of
faith dimension”. Third, the creative competencies of the secondary teachers ‘openness in knowledge’,
‘openness in attitudes’, ‘change and growth orientation’, ‘teacher efficacy’, ‘school subject expertise,’ ‘the
diversity of teaching methods’, ‘supporting and acception’ was derived. Finally, we examined the
importance and executed the creative competencies of secondary school teachers. Based on these findings
suggest implications.
