This study looked into the contents and the method for instructional consulting in elementary school field, analysed in terms of consulting participants and class to discover the way for being established and revitalized. In terms of consulting participants, instructional consulting has been established when teacher had active intention toward improving the teaching. In terms of class, the teacher requested the consultant for advice after collecting data from variety ways. The main topics were constructed by both participants. But the final selection how to teach was for the teacher. I propose the development plan for activation of instructional consulting as belows. First, spontaneous atmosphere should be formed to ask instructional consulting. It could be burden to particpate in consulting under compelling situation. Second, the plan to provide abundant consideration should be established, that let teacher request advisedly. There is a need to expand the range of choice by providing a variety of information for teacher. Third, it should be operated flexibly toward customized consulting for participants. Considering individual situation to support teacher’s demand will conduce to meaningful consulting. Forth, the positive atmosphere to develop and improve teaching should be settled.
