This research performed heavy metals contents analysis of MSW(municipal solid waste) for assesment and operation of gasification system. The MSW was sampled each residential type classified apartment, house, urban and rural in by seasonal generation. Each samples were characterized by inductively coupled plasma (ICP-OES, 5300DV), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and X-ray fluorescence (XRF). For assesment of discharge of ash from gasification reactor, alkali and alkali earth metals was analyzed by basicity value.
