Steel-making with the control of ingredient and temperature removes impure ingredient during melting steel and improve the steel cleanness by the processes of several step in these refining process. Because it differs the slag composition, ingredient and chemical property. Therefore, slag produced in previous step flowing in to next process cause various kinds of impacts undesirable. This study is for the development of refractoriness refractory in the ladle. This is to control vortex that occur in the last discharge step in the ladle to prevent inflow of slag, and to improves melting steel cleanness and this the rate of received melting steel. Instead of AMEPA system which is used for purpose in the ladle. Through the development of economical method of this refractoriness product, this stopper by this study could control the large inflow of slag, the reduction of inferiority by defective of equipment, and vortex energy.
