Utilization of the municipal wastes became very important matter to be solved for the
environmental protection and recycling of waste materials.
The ash is collected in Ⅰ incineration plant. The main components of the ash are CaO, SiO2,
Al2O3. Remove chloride ion effectively increasing possible archaism liquid ratio before do melting.

Did melting for 1 ~ 3 hour in 1,400℃ to decide proper melting time. Result XRD analysis that

temperature is 1,250℃ at basicity 1.2 by DTA analysis and high temperature microscope analysis.
Basicity does 0.6 to 1.4 increases, viscosity becomes low. Pouring index by basicity change

similarly in basicity 1.4 the lowest point value get can.
