A 25 kg/hr laboratory scale downdraft type flaming pyrolysis gasification and sto ge system was built and tested for treatment of waste FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic). The measured temperature/profiles inside the gasifier showed well-defined characteristics of reaction zone that the peak temperature of char gasjcation zone and flaming pyrolysis zone behaved opposite to each other.
