Currently, steam plasma gasification system for recycling of I waste polymers has been
technologically advanced at HNU, that is a environmentally friendly and simple processes
converting waste polymeric materials to commercially valuable raw material so-called synthetic
gas for fuel or petroleum chemical industry. By using steam plasma gasification system, PE as a
model compound has been completely decomposed and converted t이 low molecular weight gases,
that have been dominantly a carbon monoxide and hydrogen πhe yields of valuable gas
products by gasification increased with increasing of the temperature in secondary gasification
reactor and with decreasing of steam-PE ratio. Product gases have þeen obtained the 65% of H₂
and 30% of CO under the condition of steam-PE ratio of 1.2 and temperature of 1200'C in
second gasification reactor, respectively.
