본 연구는 한부모가정 아동의 역기능적 분노표현 방식과 우울 및 외현화 문제행동의 관계에서 가족 기능성이 조절효과를 가지는지 알아보았다. 광역시에 소재한 2곳의 초등학교와 13곳의 지역아동센터 4, 5, 6학년 164명(남 81명, 여 83명)의 학생들을 대상으로, 역기능적 분노표현 방식, 우울, 외현화 문제 행동, 가족기능성 척도를 사용하여 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 위계적 중다회귀분석 방법을 사용하여 한부모가정 아동의 역기능적 분노표현 방식과 우울 및 외현화 문제행동의 관계에서 가족기능성의 조 절효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한부모가정 아동의 역기능적 분노표현 방식은 우 울 및 외현화 문제행동과 정적인 상관관계를 보였고, 가족기능성은 우울 및 외현화 문제행동과 부적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 한부모가정 아동의 역기능적 분노표현방식과 우울 및 외현화 문제행동의 관 계에서 가족기능성의 조절효과가 나타났는데, 역기능적인 분노표현방식을 보이는 한부모가정 아동이더 라도 가족기능성이 높으면 우울 및 외현화 문제행동을 덜 경험하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 논의 및 함의를 제시하였다.
This study was to verify the moderating effect of family functioning on the relations between dysfunctional anger expression mode and both depression and externalized behaviors in single-parent families. For this study, self-reports data were collected from 164 elementary school students(81 boys and 83 girls), measuring dysfunctional anger expression mode, depression, externalized behaviors, and family functioning, The results of this study were as follows. Dysfunctional anger expression mode of single-parent families‘ children are correlated positively with depression and externalized behaviors respectively and family functioning had a negative relations with depression and externalized behaviors. family functioning played as a moderator between dysfunctional anger expression mode and both depression and externalized behaviors. This results indicated that family functioning could be a preventive factor for children with depression and externalized behaviors in single-parent families. Based on the results, findings and implications are discussed.
