본 연구는 통합학급 특수교육 대상 학생을 위한 초등학교 진로교육프로그램을 개발하는데 목적 이 있다. 통합학급 특수교육 대상 학생을 위한 초등학교 진로교육프로그램을 개발하기 위해 초등 학교 교사 76명을 대상으로 진로교육에 대한 인식 및 요구도를 조사하였으며, 초등학교 교육과정 의 진로 및 직업관련 요소와 초등학교 진로교육의 영역과 목표를 분석하여 통합학급 특수교육 대 상 학생의 발달 수준과 흥미에 맞도록 체험중심ㆍ활동중심의 실제이고 현실적인 프로그램들로 구 성하였다. 본 진로교육프로그램은 4개 영역 10차시로 구성되었으며, 각 차시별로 3개의 활동을 포함하고 있어 교사의 재량으로 시간 배분과 활동의 종류를 융통성 있게 선택하여 활용할 수 있 어 보다 높은 진로교육의 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
This study aimed the development of career education program for the elementary school special education students in inclusive classrooms. For this purpose, the awareness and the demands about career education of 76 elementary school teachers were examined. And the factors related occupations in elementary school curriculum, and the domains and the aims of career education for elementary school special education students in inclusive classrooms were analyzed. On the basis of these results, the career education program for the elementary school special education students in inclusive classrooms was developed. This program focused on the experiences and the activities, and so it is practical, realistic, and suitable for the developmental levels and interests of elementary school special education students. The program consists of 4 domains and 10 time-plans. The respective time-plans have 3 activities. So the teachers have the flexible choices of time and activities and more effects of career education are expected.
