이 연구는 협력교사의 자율성 지지와 체육수업에 대한 예비교사의 기본적 심리욕구, 자기효능감, 도움요청과의 이론적 관계 를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 희망교육대학교에 재학하고 있는 4학년을 모집단으로 설정하여 편의표본추출법으로 186명을 선 정하였다. 자료처리는 PASW Ver. 17.0과 Amos 5.0을 이용하여 빈도분석과 구조방정식 모형분석을 하였다. 모형의 적합도를 확인한 후 개별 가설들을 검증하여 다음과 같은 결과를 도출하였다. 협력교사의 자율성 지지는 체육수업에 대한 예비교사의 기 본적 심리욕구와 자기효능감을 매개로 도움요청에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 협력교사의 자율성 지지가 충 족되거나 만족되면 체육실습에 대한 예비교사의 적극적이고 능동적인 도움요청을 강화하고 활성화시킬 수 있을 것이다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between the autonomy support of cooperating teachers and the basic psychological needs, self-efficacy, help-seeking of pre-service teachers in Physical Education. To investigate, 186 senior students who were selected convenience sampling method from the general population of ○○national university of education participated. This study used PASW Ver 17.0 for frequency analysis and AMOS 5.0 for structural equation modeling. After confirming the test of goodness of fit of a model, individual hypotheses was verified. The results were as follows. The autonomy support of cooperating teachers affects the positive influence of help-seeking by the basic psychological needs and self-efficacy of pre-service teachers in Physical Education. It means that if the autonomy support of cooperating teachers is satisfied, then the basic psychological needs, self-efficacy are advanced positively, it becomes more efficient behavior of positive and conative help-seeking.
