이 연구는 음악치료사의 발달수준과 공감능력이 치료적 유대감에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 대인관계 성향에 따라 발달수준과 공감능력, 그리고 치료적 유대감에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상은 음악치료전공 석사이상의 치료사 106명이며 발달수준, 공감능 력, 치료적 유대감, 대인관계 성향을 측정하였다. 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대인관계 유형 은 동정적-수용적 대인관계 성향에서 가장 높은 점수를 받은 치료사가 많았으며 다음으로 독립적-책임적 성향, 사교적-우호적 성향, 과시적-도취적 성향, 지배적-우월적 성향 순으로 나타났다. 둘째, 대인관계 성향에 따라 공감능력의 하위영역인 ‘관점 취하기’와 ‘공감적 관 심’에서, 발달수준의 하위영역인 ‘알아차리기’와 ‘인간적․윤리적 태도’에서 집단 간에 유의 한 차이를 보였으며 치료적 유대감에서 집단 간에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 발달수준과 공감능력이 모두 치료적 유대감에 유의하게 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 발달 수준이 공감능력보다 치료적 유대감에 더 큰 영향력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the relative effect of developmental level and empathic ability on emotional bond and the difference of effect induced by tendency of interpersonal relations. Developmental level, empathic ability, emotional bond, and tendency of interpersonal relations were measured from 106 music therapists who have master’s or higher level of degree in music therapy. The results were as follows. First, a considerable number of music therapists marked high scores in the sympathetic-acceptable tendency. Second, there were significant differences were found between groups in ‘prospect taking’ and ‘empathic concern’ which are subordinate domains of empathic ability and ‘awareness’ and ‘humane and ethical attitude’ which are subordinate domains of developmental level, and emotional bond was significantly different between the groups. Third, developmental level and empathic ability had significantly positive influence on emotional bond, showing bigger influence of developmental level on emotional bond than empathic ability.
