Yulryeo theory is included in diversified area that could be analyzed by
I-Ching of Sangsu. A typical Yulryeo theory being written in a position of
I-Ching is 『Yulryeo Shinsuh』 written by Chai, Won-Jeong during SongDynasty.
In this study, such book was observed by dividing it into Akyul theory and
weights & measures theory in a perspective of I-Ching.
Akyul theory and I-Ching are engaged in 3 parts. First is to analyze
Hwangjongryulgwan by heavenly number (Cheonji Jisoo) of 「Gyesajeon」.
Second is tri-sectional profit and loss method (Sambun Sonikbeob) based on
Samcheon Yangji theory of 「Seolpaejeon」. Third is Taiji Yin and yang theory
represented in 『Yulryeo Shinsuh』. Weights & measures theory and I-Ching are
engaged in 2 parts. One is to select Hoogi method that observes responding
sound and spirit through various bamboo experiments without resorting to
Geosuh, a grain, in a method of obtaining Wongi(Hwangjongyulgwan). Other
one is to estimate Diameter-round’number of Hwangjonggwan.
