The purpose of this study is to analyze the stories of successful venture founders who have already
been through the startup process and uncover the successful venture entrepreneurship education strategies.
To accomplish this goal, we analyzed the types of duties of successful entrepreneurs. Next, we sorted the
founders’ duties to find the dominant type of duties and verified the strategies these persons had for
entrepreneurship education. We found that, first, for venture entrepreneurs, “entrepreneurial creativity” is
the most prevalent. Second, the entrepreneurship education strategy was broadly divided into educational
content and the educational method. Aspects of educational content comprise “firm vision and goals,”
“spirit of challenge,” “judgment,” “insight,” and “passion and willingness to work.” Aspects of educational
method comprise “experience education center,” “management of pre-internship,” and “pre-measurement of
the success factors.” The significant finding of this study is that it is possible to provide guidelines for
and develop programs for the future of entrepreneurship education. In addition, entrepreneurship
education strategy should be applicable to the field of venture entrepreneurship.
