본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 성격유형과 K-CESA 비인지적(정서적) 핵심역량의 관련성을 분 석하고, 이를 통해 비인지적 핵심역량 강화에 필요한 기초정보를 제공하는 것이다. 핵심역량은 변화하는 시대에 필요한 기초능력으로, 개인의 성격 및 정서와 같은 심리적 요소들과도 관련 이 있다. 본 연구는 학습성격유형이 비인지적 핵심역량(자기개발, 대인관계)에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자, 대학생 92명을 대상으로 하여 K-CESA와 U&I학습성격유형검사를 활용하여 자료 를 수집하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 대학생들은 규범적일수록 또한 탐구적일수록 자기관리 역 량이 뛰어났다. 대학생들은 또한, 행동적일수록 대인관계 역량이 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 자 기관리역량과 대인관계역량 모두 하위요인에 따라 영향을 받는 학습성격유형이 다르게 나타 났다. 일관성·안정성을 가지고 있는 학습성격유형에 기초하여 대학생들에게 개별화된 교육프 로그램이 제공된다면 핵심역량이 강화될 수 있을 것이다.
This study was designed to analyze the relationship between personality type and non-cognitive core competence in college students. Core competence is basic ability in order to adjust in changing society and related with psychological factors such as personality and emotion. To analyze the effect of personality type on the self development and interpersonal relationship, two factors of K-CESA non-cognitive core competence, 92 college students were selected and went through the K-CESA and U&I psychological test. As a result, Actual-Routine Learner and Conceptual-Specific Learner showed higher self management competence. Actual-Spontaneous Learner had a tendency to be good at interpersonal relationship competence. In both of self management and interpersonal relationship, sub-factors had a certain impact of different personality type. Based on the understanding personality and personality types in college students, programs to enhance core competence will be albe to individualized.
