본 연구의 목적은 군사회복지교과목의 교과과정을 개발하고 그 운영방향을 제시하는 것이다. 군사회복지교과목은 군사회복지의 특성 반영은 물론이고 군사회복지실천현장 및 대학교 교육현장의 변화에 부응하는 교과목으로 개발되어야 한다는 전제 하에 진행되었 다. 이에 군사회복지 실천담당자와 관련 교수 및 연구자 등 관련 전문가들을 대상으로 델파이 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 군사회복지 교과목에서 최우선적으로 고려해야 할 내용은 군사회복지 실천방법의 체계화와 군사회복지의 개념정립 및 학문적 범위 설정이 었고, 군사회복지 실천이론과 모델(위기개입, 체계이론, 인지행동이론), 사회복지전문직으 로 군사회복지의 실천능력 배양, 군사회복지 실천 대상의 우선순위는 직업군인과 군인가 족 순으로 나타났으며, 사례관리의 실천과 적용, 군인복지기본법 개정이 제시되었다. 이를 통해 사회복지 교과과정에서의 군사회복지 교과과정 운영방향에 대한 실천적, 정책적 방안을 제언하였다.
The purpose of this study is to develope a curriculum of military social welfare subjects and present its Operating direction. Military social welfare subjects advanced on the principle that its characteristics were not only reflected but also are developed as a curriculum with a view to meeting such demands and changes of military social welfare practice fields and university educational arena. The results of study are as follows, what to consider first and foremost in military social welfare curriculum is to systematize military social welfare practice methods and set up concept establishment of military social welfare & academic range. and military social welfare practice theory(crisis intervention, systematic theory, cognitive-behavioral theory) practice capacity building of the military social welfare with social welfare profession, the priority of the military social work practice target group was shown in a professional soldiers and military family order. practice and application of the case management, the military welfare Basic Law amendments. With this, the practical and policy methods for the military social welfare curriculum Operating direction in social welfare unique process were proposed.
