본 연구는 미술치료 프로그램이 스마트폰 중독 초등학생의 중독성에 미치는 효과를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 이루어졌다. 연구 대상은 G에 소재한 지역아동센터 초등학생을 대상으로 설문 조사(스마트폰 중독성 S-척도와 공격성 척도)를 실시하여 잠재적 위험 사용자군 이상으로 분 류되어 선별된 24명을 대상으로 실험집단과 통제집단으로 무선배정하여 2013년 3월 5일부터 2013년 4월 30일까지 매주 2회기를 미술치료 프로그램을 실시하였다. 연구도구는 한국정보화 진흥원(2011)에서 개발한 청소년 스마트폰 중독 척도(S-척도)를 사용하였으며 실험집단과 통제 집단 모두 사전․사후 검사를 실시하였고 그 결과를 측정하여 비교 분석하였다. 연구의 결과 는 다음과 같다. 미술치료 프로그램은 스마트폰 중독 초등학생의 중독성 감소에 효과가 있었 다. 실험집단은 하위요인에서 일상생활 장애와 금단현상, 내성감소에서 유의한 결과가 나타났 으며 가상세계 지향성에서는 차이가 없었다. 이러한 결과를 통해 미술치료 프로그램은 스마 트폰 중독 초등학생의 중독성 감소에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 스마트폰 중독으로 학습 장애와 정서문제 등 다양한 심리정서의 부작용을 예방하고 치료하는데 있어 미술치료가 효과 적임이 입증되었으며 현장에서 적극적으로 활용되기를 기대한다.
This study aims to verify the effects of the arts therapy program on the toxicity of the smart phone addicted elementary school students. The subjects of this study were the elementary school students who use the local child care center in ○○-gu in Gwangju ○○, so the wireless assignments were conducted based on 24 students who got the potential risk user group points from the smart phone addiction diagnostic scale, so it was conducted twice a week, 1 hour 30 minutes per each session, a total of 12 sessions for two months from March, 5th until April 30th2013. As the tools of the study, the smart phone addiction diagnostic scale developed by the Internet addiction counseling centers(2011) and the smart phone addicted elementary school students의 toxicity and aggression pre and post test results were analyzed by using the t-test for the statistical analysis. The results of this study are as follows. There was the statistical significant difference(t=8.00, p<.001) of the toxicity of the smart phone addicted elementary school students by the arts therapy. In other words, the toxicity of the smart phone addicted elementary school students decreased. Therefore, based on the results of this study revealed, the following conclusions are presented. First, the arts therapy program had effects of the decrease of the toxicity of the smart phone addicted elementary school students.
