Since 1999, the increase in dual-income households continues, we accounted for 42.9% of the social and economic participation families. The dual-income households is constantly increasing and expected to reach 57% of the OECD average. According dual-income research trends, dual-income economic participation, understanding the characteristics of working parents and through school participation status of working parents, were the key issues. To present a direct and immediate measures to support the participation of working parents, we need researches that support school participation has enabled to influence the child's education, growth and adaption to school life, also, such as supporting legislation is needed.
