The purpose of this paper is to study the history of German parent education and concept of parents activities. Firstly, the pioneer of parent education is Froebel and Pestalozzi. In the 20th century the emphasis on the role of mothers parenting schools have been established. 1949 enacted the Basic Law, 60-80 Education's Adult and Continuing Education, State School Law, Child and Youth Protection Act amended in 1991, and the 2006 Anti-Discrimination Act has been enacted homes placed under the protection of national priority. Egalitarian collaboration between the school and parents Support for child care are out in the sun to create synergies. Secondly, the most important information related to the parents work, parental involvement and introduced three concepts of parent education. Parents activity is based on a school law. parents, students and teachers are based on a structure of communication. Thirdly, for the support of underprivileged parents and children of immigrant families is introduced the case of the Berlin Elementary School.
