연구목적 본 연구는 청양군다문화가족지원센터에서 진행한 다문화 인식 개선 사업의 만족도 조사에 대한 결 과를 알아보고, 향후 진행되는 청양군다문화가족지원센터의 서비스의 질적인 향상을 위한 기초자료 로 활용하고자 하는 것이다. 연구방법 청양군다문화가족지원센터에서 진행한 다문화 인식 개선 사업의 만족도 조사 결과를 분석하였고, 그 결과를 Likert식 척도의 평균과 빈도 및 백분율로 산출하였다. 연구결과 본 연구 분석 결과는 총 6회기 만족도 평균 4.38이고, 첫 1회기 만족도 평균 4.00, 2회기 만족도 평 균 4.07, 3회기 만족도 평균 4.02, 4회기 만족도 평균 4.17, 5회기 만족도 평균 4.13으로 나타났다. 결론 본 연구 결과는 향후 청양군다문화가족지원센터의 질적인 향상을 위한 프로그램 개발과 임상적 연 구가 필요하다는 것을 시사한다.
Objective : This study is to find out a Study on the Investigation result of the Satisfaction by Multicultural Awareness Improvement Program in the progress of Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center, and is to application as the basis data for improve the quality of future progress service in Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center. Methods : The way of this study was analysis the investigation result of the satisfaction by Multicultural Awareness Improvement Program of the progress in Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center, The result analysis represented by frequency and percentage, the mean of satisfaction investigation by Likert scale. Results : This study analysis result was presented total sixth session satisfaction mean 4.38, and first session satisfaction mean 4.00, second sessions satisfaction mean 4.07, three sessions satisfaction mean 4.02, four sessions satisfaction mean 4.17, and five sessions satisfaction mean 4.13. Conclusion : The result of this study indicate that future study will need the clinical study and program developing for quality improve of Cheongyang Multicultural Family Support Center.
