목적 본 연구는 노인장기요양보험 지역협의회의 활동에 있어서 작업치료의 참여와 그 역할에 대해 알아 보는 것이다. 본문 노인장기요양보험제도, 지역협의회, 위원 구성, 현황과 활동사례에 대해 살펴보고 노인장기요양보험 지역협의회 활동과 작업치료와의 관련성을 검토하였다. 결론 노인장기요양보험제도에서 제기된 문제들 중 보건․의료분야 서비스의 개선을 위해선 균형적인 재활 서비스 제공망의 구축이나 서비스 질의 향상이 요구된다. 이러한 재활서비스의 균형적 서비스 제공 이나 서비스 질의 향상을 위해서는 작업치료의 참여와 그 역할도 크다고 볼 수 있겠다.
Purpose of review : This study is to find out the participation and role of Occupational Therapy in activity of long term care insurance local council. Main : The way of this study was a literature date search and review. This was to reviewed long term care insurance, local council, members, status of members, activity case, and the relationship between long term care insurance local council activity and occupational therapy. Conclusion : The long term care insurance problem should had solve through balancing rehabilitation service network establishment and service quality improvement for health-medical service improvement. This was very important the participation and role of occupational therapy for balancing rehabilitation service providing and service quality improvement.
