Purpose: This study was to define the significant difference of knowledge according to general demographics in undergraduate female students. Method: The data was collected from 198 undergraduate female students from March to May 2015. The data collection was done by structural survey in the from of questionnaire. The collected data's demographic and descriptive was process using SPSS Statistics (version 18.0 for Windows). Results: There was statistically significant difference in knowledge of osteoporosis according to grade (t=13.862, p=<.001). Conclusion: Therefore, we need to develop programs for the improvement of the osteoporosis knowledge of female undergraduate students .
