Purpose: This study was to identify the relationship between stress, self-efficacy, resilience and college adjustment in
nursing students. Method: The data were collected from 117 nursing students, using self-report questionnaires. Result:
The mean score of stress was 1.93, self-efficacy 3.23, resilience 3.49 and college adjustment 3.22. There were significant
differences on four variables according to the health status, interpersonal relationship, major satisfaction, college life
satisfaction and clinical practice satisfaction. College adjustment had a significant negative correlation with stress(f=-.386,
p<.001). While, College adjustment had a significant positive correlation with self-efficacy(F=.610, p<.001) and resilience(
F=.663, p<.001). Conclusion: According the study findings nursing school can provide facilities and opportunities for
students to learn stress management strategies such as increasing self-efficacy and resilience ability during educational
program.
