본 연구의 목적은 고등학생의 생애목표에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하고, 생애목표가 삶의 만족 도, 비행, 공동체의식 및 다문화수용에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구를 위한 자료는 한국아 동․청소년패널조사 중1패널의 5차년도 자료로서, 조사당시 고등학교 2학년에 재학 중인 2052명의 자료를 분석하였다. 통계방법으로는 기술 통계분석, 생애목표의 내용을 범주화하기위해 요인분석, 독 립변인과 종속변인들 간의 인과관계 파악을 위해 회귀분석이 사용되었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 고등학생의 생애목표는 관계목표, 사회기여목표, 자기성장목표, 성취목표로 구분되었으며, 관 계목표가 가장 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 생애목표지향정도 및 목표내용에 영향을 미치는 변수로는 성별, 또래관계, 교사관계, 체험활동, 부모의 방임, 가정경제수준, 모의 학력 등으로 나타났다. 셋째, 생애목 표지향정도는 모든 종속변수에 영향을 미치며, 관계목표는 삶의 만족도와 다문화수용도에 정적으로 영향을 미치고, 사회기여목표는 비행에는 부적으로, 공동체의식 및 다문화수용에는 정적으로 영향을 미치며, 자기성장목표는 삶 만족도, 공동체의식, 다문화수용에 정적으로 영향을 미치며, 성취목표는 삶 만족도 및 다문화수용에 부적으로 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구의 주요 결과에 대해 기존 연구와 비교 하여 논의하였으며, 연구의 함의 및 제언을 제시하였다.
The purposes of the study are to investigate the factors influencing high school students' life goal and to examine the effects of life goals on life satisfaction, delinquent behaviors, community feeling and multicultural acceptance. Korean Child and Youth Panel Survey 2015 was analyzed for the study. The respondents for this study were 2052 students in the second grade of high schools. The statistical analyses are descriptive analysis, factor analysis for categorizing contents of life goal, regression analysis for examining causal relationship between dependent variables and independent variables. The results of the study are as follows. First, the contents of life goals of the high school students are composed of the following 4 contents; relationship, social contribution, self growth and achievement goal, and the mean score of relationship goal is the highest. Second, factors influencing goal orientation and goal content are sex, peer relation, relation with teacher, activity involvement, neglect, family's economic status, and mother's education. Third, life goal orientation affects all dependents variables, and each goal contents affect dependent variables in a different way. Major findings were discussed and implication of the study was presented.
