오늘날 가족병리적 문제의 증가와 더불어 일반 시민의 인식변화로 인하여 가족상담에 대한 사회적 요구 와 필요성이 점차 증대되고 있다. 특히 2005년 건강가정기본법의 시행과 2008년 다문화가족지원법의 시행 은 가족상담서비스 전달체계의 구축과 더불어, 가족상담서 비스에 대한 수요를 폭발적으로 증가시켰으며, 사회적 문제에 대한 대응에서도 가족상담적 접근이 점차 강화되고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 건강가정지원센 터에서 가족상담 업무를 수행하는 건강가정사를 중심으로, 가족상담 교육과정에 대한 개선방안을 제시하 고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 첫째, 가족상담 관련 전공 대학원의 교육 커리큘럼 비교, 분석하여 공통적으로 운영하는 교 과목을 추출하였으며, 둘째, 가족상담 관련 단체의 가족상담사 자격취득 교과목을 탐색하였다. 셋째, 건강 가정지원센터의 가족상담사의 자격, 역할, 직무를 중심으로 관련 교과목을 탐색하였다. 이를 통하여 가족상 담자가 이수해야 할 권장 교과목을 제시하였으며, 건강가정지원센터 가족상담사업 활성화와 가족상담사의 전문성 향상을 위하여 추가적으로 건강가정사 자격 재․개정시 포함되어야 할 교과목을 개발하여 제시하 였다. 본 연구는 건강가정지원센터 가족상담자의 교육과정 개선방안을 위해 연구되었으며, 현장적용 중심 의 가족상담 교육과정의 표준화 연구에 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다. 나아가 본 연구는 건강가정지 원센터 가족상담사업 활성화와 가족상담자의 전문성 향상에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.
Today, along with increase in family pathological problems, due to changes in cognition of people, the social need for family counseling is growing gradually. Especially, execution of Healthy Family Act in 2005 and Multi-Cultural Family Support Act in 2008 have established delivery system for family counseling service as well as greatly increased the demand for family counseling service. What is more, family counseling approach in terms of handling social problems is becoming intensified. Therefore, this research tries to make improvements in curriculum on family counseling around healthy family specialist providing family counseling work at Healthy Family Support Center. First of all, it compares and analyzes educational curriculum in graduate schools with family counseling related majors to find out common subjects. Secondly, this research explored subjects related to obtaining of family counselor in family counseling related organizations. Thirdly, it studied subjects around qualification, role, and job of family counselors at Healthy Family Support Center. Through this, it makes suggestions on recommended subjects to be completed by family counselors. It also develops and suggests subjects that have to be additionally included in revising and establishing healthy family specialist certificate to activate family counseling business and to increase professionalism of family counselors. This research is for making improvement in curriculum of family counselors at Healthy Family Support center and it can be used as base data for standardized research of site-oriented family counseling curriculum. What is more, it is also expected to devote to the growth of family support business at Health Family Support Center and to the professionalism of family counselors.
