이 연구는 재가노인복지영역 사례관리자들이 인식하는 지역사회 사례관리 자원과 네트워크 수준이 어느 정도인가를 알아보고, 지역사회의 이러한 특성이 재가노인복지기관의 네트워크 활동지원 및 활동정도에 어 느 정도 영향을 미치는 가를 밝히고자 하였다. 이를 위해 2013년 8월부터 10월까지 울산과 경남지역에 위 치한 재가노인복지시설에서 1년 이상의 사례관리 수행경력을 가진 사례관리자 167명을 대상으로 설문조사 를 실시하였다. 연구결과, 재가노인복지영역 사례관리자들이 인식하는 지역사회의 네트워크 수준은 3.29(5 점), 사례관리를 위한 지역사회 자원은 3.07(5점) 이었으며, 기관의 네트워크 활동지원 정도는 3.43(5점), 기 관의 네트워크 활동정도는 3.13(5점)으로 나타났다. 지역사회 네트워크정도와 사례관리 자원은 기관의 네트 워크 지원정도에, 지역사회 네트워크 정도는 기관의 네트워크 활동에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타 났다. 지역사회의 네트워크 하위요인 중 지역사회의 기관 상호간 협력과 클라이언트에 대한 정보공유가, 지 역사회의 사례관리 자원 중에서는 주거서비스관련 자원과 물적 자원이 기관의 네트워크 활동지원에 영향을 미치는 요인이었다. 그리고 지역사회의 기관간 클라이언트 개입목표를 공유하는 것이 기관의 네트워크 활 동정도에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 하위 요인으로 조사되었다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 실천적 함의와 후속연 구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of the community resource and network characters on the building and supporting networks at home and community care facility for the elderly. For this study, I surveyed social worker who are in charge of case management at home and community care facilities for the elderly in the area of Ulsan and Gyeongnam for more than a year. The results showed that community resources for the elderly case management and community networks affected the supporting networks at the elderly care facilities. And The building networks in home and community care facilities for the elderly was affected by the community network. Through this study, I confirmed the importance of community resources and networks for the elderly case management to improve activities and supporting for network at the elderly care facilities. The findings of this study suggest that community resources and networks for the elderly case management should be enhanced, especially residential services and material resources for the elderly, sharing the goal and the information of client among the related organizations are important to improve the building and supporting network at the elderly care facilities.
