The purpose of this study is to examine how Analysis on the Causal Model Social
Workers' servant Leadership to Service Quality in Social Work Institution. Furthermore,
this study explores practical implications for Service Quality of daycare center.
Through investigating and analyzing 376 social workers, who are currently employed
by daycare center, and SPSS and AMOS statistical software were used to analyze data,
the followings have been found:
The Conclusion that resulted from data analysis were as follows:
First, there was significant positive correlation among caregiver's servant leadership,
Service Quality and Organizational Commitment.
Second, covariance structural analysis showed that the causal relationship among social
worker's servant leadership, Service Quality was significant.
Lastly, there is need to analyze the casual models of servant leadership, Service Quality
depending on their evaluation criteria. It proves that servant leadership is an important
variable to make Service Quality and to improve of Organizational Commitment
caregivers.
