The purpose of this study is to suggest new directions for creativity, creative young children and teachers, and creativity education of young children. Creativity education is often abandoned because it is assumed that it would be difficult to be implemented in classroom, and there would be no visible effectiveness. Under the consideration of difficulty in application and doubt of tangible improvement of creativity education, this study has made an attempt to identify the method of creativity education which could be implemented for all young children as comprehensive education. The implications of this study were as follows: First, as a new direction of creativity, this study emphasized that the concept of creativity should be perceived comprehensively, and the focus of creativity research should be expanded from individual situation to sociocultural one. Second, as a new direction of creative young children and teachers, this study indicated that the characteristics of creative young children and teachers in classroom situation should be deeply investigated based on the common characteristics of creative people. Third, as a new direction of creativity education of young children, this study proposed that authentic child play experiencing flow, beautiful physical environment and psychologically comfortable environment, and creative class with teacher-student interaction should be realized.
