이 연구는 현장 교사의 수학 학습지도 역량 강화와 전문성 제고에 일조하고자, 종래의 각종 장학 제도에 대한 한계의 인식 위에 대안적 방안으로 현재 확립 중인 수학 수업 컨설팅 모형의 축소 적 용을 통해 그 기능을 점검하고, 수업 컨설팅의 효과를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 이를 위해 수업 연구발표를 준비 중인 의뢰인의 과제 해결에 기 개발 수학과 수업 컨설팅 모형을 실제 로 적용하고, 수업 비디오 자료 시청에 의한 분석과 문제해결 수업 분석틀에 의한 분석을 실시하 였다. 그 결과 해당 수학 수업 컨설팅 모형의 적용 가능성과 이에 따른 수업 컨설팅의 긍정적 효 과를 입증했으며, 이로써 수학 수업 개선을 위해서는 수업컨설팅의 지속적인 정교화 연구와 교사 연수 기회의 확보로 수학적 사고와 문제해결 지도 역량 강화가 긴요하다는 것을 알 수 있었다.
This study is performed to analyze the effect of the instructional consulting by applying the downsized form of the existing mathematics instructional consulting model. The existing consulting model was applied to complete the task of the consultee's demonstration class, and the class was analyzed through the class video material and analysis standards of instruction for problem-solving teaching. As a result, the applicability of this consulting model and the positive effect of the actual instructional consulting have been proven, and this shows that the study of the instructional consulting should be sustained and it is necessary to reinforce the teaching competence of mathematical thinking and problem-solving through more opportunities for teacher training in order to improve the mathematics class in school.
