The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of
organizational culture and LMX, TMX on social worker's organizational
citizenship behavior. Especially, this study focused on the
mediating effect of LMX, TMX. The sample consisted of 189 social
workers in 33 senior welfare centers and the survey was conducted
in January 2016. The date analyzed using factor analysis,
descriptive and multiple regression. The major findings of the
study were followers; First, group culture, hierarchical –rational
culture were similar level in senior welfare centers. The social
workers perceived the level of organizational citizenship behavior
and LMX, TMX had a higher than medium. And the level of TMX
was higher than LMX’ level. Second, group culture had a positive
effects on the LMX, TMX, Organizational citizenship behavior.
Especially TMX had mediating effect between organizational
culture and organizational citizenship behavior. This study finally
discussed practical implication for leadership and human resources
management.
