본 연구는 스트로크를 활용한 진로집단프로그램이 초등학생의 진로성숙도와 진로자기효능감 에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위해 시도되었다. 이를 위하여 경상남도에 소재한 초등학교 고학 년 학생들 중 진로집단프로그램에 참여하고자 하는 16명의 아동을 연구대상으로 선정하였다. 이들 중 8명은 실험집단에 배치하고 나머지 8명은 통제집단으로 구성하였다. 연구 결과, 스트 로크를 활용한 진로집단프로그램을 적용한 실험집단의 진로성숙도는 통제집단에 비해서 유의 미하게 향상되지 않았다. 또한, 스트로크를 활용한 진로집단프로그램을 적용한 실험집단의 진 로자기효능감은 통제집단에 비해서 유의미하게 향상되었다. 결과적으로, 스트로크를 활용한 진로집단프로그램은 초등학생의 진로성숙도에는 유의한 영향을 주지 않았으나, 진로자기효능 감에는 긍정적인 효과가 있었다. 이를 바탕으로 진로성숙도 향상을 위한 집단프로그램 구성 시, 진로성숙도의 성격을 고려한 스트로크 활동을 고안할 필요가 있다는 점과 스트로크를 활 용한 진로프로그램은 진로자기효능감에는 긍정적인 효과가 있어서 진로를 탐색하거나 진로결 정 및 진로를 수행할 수 있다는 자신감에 유의한 영향을 준다는 점 등이 논의되었다.
This study attempts to present a career group program using strokes and examine its influence on the career maturity and career self-efficacy of the elementary school students. For this research, 16 elementary students in the upper grades in Gyeongsangnam-do Province who wished to attend in this program selected as the subjects. 8 of them were assigned in the experiment group and the rest 8 in the control group. The results of this study were as follows; First, the career maturity in the experiment group applied the career group program using the stroke was’t improved meaningfully in comparison with the control group. Second, the career self-efficacy in the experiment group applied the career group program using the stroke was improved meaningfully in comparison with the control group. According to the over-all result of this study, the career group program using the stroke didn’t have a meaningful influence on the career maturity of elementary school student. However, it indicates to give positive influence on the career self-efficacy. This shows the design of the stroke activities considering the feature of the career maturity is necessary composing the future group program for improving the career maturity, and the career group program utilizing the stroke gives meaningful influence on the self-confidence in exploring, deciding, or performing the career due to have a positive effect on the career self-efficacy.
