이 연구는 시각장애학교 교사의 실천적 지식 내용, 정향, 구조의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 조사연구로 수행되었다. 전국의 시각장애학교 교사 143명의 자료가 분석되었다. 실천적 지식 내용, 정향, 구조에 대한 설문지의 요인분석과 신뢰도 분석을 통하여 96개 문항 중에서 26개 문항이 삭제되었다. 시각장애 학교 교사의 배경변인별 분석을 위하여 t 또는 F검증하였고, 실천적 지식의 내용, 정향, 구조의 관계를 알아보기 위하여 구조방정식 모델링을 적용하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 시각장애학교 교사가 인식하는 실천적 지식 내용, 정향, 구조는 학력과 특수교사 경력 등과 같은 배경변인에 따라 달리 설명 되고 있다. 둘째, 시각장애학교 교사의 실천적 지식 내용, 정향, 구조는 높은 상관관계를 보인다. 이 연구 에서는 시각장애학교 교사의 수업은 실천적 지식의 세 양상이 함께 구동되는 구조임을 제안하고 있다.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the perceptions of teachers who were teaching the students with visual impairment in special schools toward correlations among contents, orientation, and structure of practical knowledge. The 143 teachers for students with visual impairment were participated for this study. The 26 items were deleted from 96 items with practical knowledge questionnaire after factor analysis and reliability. T or F test and structural equation modeling were utilized for this study. The results of this study were that: (a) the contents, orientation, and structure of practical knowledge were different according to the background variables such as education level and special teacher experiences; and (b) there were high correlations among the contents, orientation, and structure of practical knowledge. Therefore this study suggested that the contents, orientation, and structure of practical knowledge operated together in the instruction of the visual impairment school teacher operated together.
