본 연구는 행동주의적 가족중재 프로그램의 이론을 고찰함으로써 향후 시각장애아동의 가족지원 시 체계적인 가족중재 프로그램을 구안하는데 기여하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 대표적인 행동주의적 가족중재 프로그램인 부모-아동 상호작용 치료와 긍정적 부모역할 프로그램은 증거가 입증된 가족개입 모델로서 이미 많은 국가들에서 프로그램의 효과성이 입증되어 사용되고 있다. 또한 이러한 프로그램 들은 다양한 서비스 전달체계 방법을 사용함으로써 가족의 요구와 생태학적 환경 등을 고려하여 적용 및 수정이 가능하며, 프로그램 효과를 보완하기 위하여 추가적인 중재방안과의 통합이 가능할 뿐 아니라, 다양한 대상자들에게 활용도가 높다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 시각장애아동의 발달적 요구에 관련 하여 프로그램의 내용성을 강화하고, 국내 적용을 위한 문제점과 시사점을 찾아 활용도를 높일 필요성이 있다. 이러한 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 행동적 가족 중재 프로그램의 정착과 국내 도입 등 실천적 과제에 대한 논의 및 후속연구에 대한 제언을 하였다.
The behavioral family interventions have the discrimination of which include the direct training, and then a behavioral teaching strategies such as a offering the consistent outcomes, precious teaching, the intervention for antecedents, modeling process to appropriate parenting, the differential reinforcement, feedback from other interventions. Specially, the distinctions between the parent-child interaction therapy and the positive parenting program presented in background of theories and the services' delivery systems, the approaches were widely used. The results were that those approaches had been proved to evidence-based practices in many countries. And in order to overcome limit of the behaviorism, the various theories such as a developmental theory and recognition behavior therapy, was integrated in the conventional behaviorism. The third, these diversify the application of services delivery system to accord with the individual needs of families and ecological surroundings. We discussed the practice subjects for the introduction in korea and suggested for the follow-up studies.
