The behavioral family interventions have the discrimination of which include the
direct training, and then a behavioral teaching strategies such as a offering the
consistent outcomes, precious teaching, the intervention for antecedents, modeling
process to appropriate parenting, the differential reinforcement, feedback from other
interventions. Specially, the distinctions between the parent-child interaction therapy
and the positive parenting program presented in background of theories and the
services' delivery systems, the approaches were widely used. The results were that
those approaches had been proved to evidence-based practices in many countries.
And in order to overcome limit of the behaviorism, the various theories such as a
developmental theory and recognition behavior therapy, was integrated in the
conventional behaviorism. The third, these diversify the application of services
delivery system to accord with the individual needs of families and ecological
surroundings. We discussed the practice subjects for the introduction in korea and
suggested for the follow-up studies.
