Objectives : This study is to find out a Study on the Investigation of the satisfaction and needs of the multicultural family support Business conducted in Cheongyanggun Multicultural Family Support Center, intended to serve as a basis for improving the quality of services of future progress Business of Cheongyanggun Multicultural Family Support. Methods : The way of this study was analysis the investigation result of the satisfaction and needs by carried out on a in the Cheongyanggun Multicultural Family Support Center Business, the result analysis represented by frequency and percentage and visual graph. Results : The analysis result was the most presented in the Cheongyanggun Multicultural Family Support Center Business, first, the center program satisfaction Strongly agree 40.0%, second, center support service satisfaction Strongly agree 33.3%, the needs is the most presented traffic inconvenience 12 people in the most inconvenient in education participation, most necessary language training for future employment (Korean / English) 7 people, in education, Vietnamese translation support 13 people in most need of interpretation and translation support service, were most needed by the most questions answered in the curriculum based teaching on 10 people with education to their children. Conclusion : The Satisfaction investigation of Cheongyanggun multicultural family support business, was the highest in the response the center programs 40.0% and center support services 33.3%, the Needs is most needs to Vietnamese Language 13 people in interpretation and translation support service. This is the future and the need to actively develop multicultural family support business, suggesting that higher verbal support.
