본 연구는 중등 예비교사의 교육실습 학교에서의 교직문화 경험을 문화기술적으로 밝혀 바람직 한 교육실습 과정을 위한 정책적 개선방안을 제공하는데 있다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위해 교육실습생들에게 교육실습 기간 동안 교육실습 학교에서 경험했던 교직문화를 일기형식으로 작성 하도록 하였다. 여기서는 예비교사들이 교사들의 교직문화에 수용 혹은 적절한 수준에서 타협하거 나 도움 받고자 하는 점을 ‘순응’이란 주제로, 교사들의 교직문화에 이의를 제기하거나 그들만의 교직문화 시각을 보이는 점을 ‘불응’이라는 주제로 기술하였다. 그 결과, 첫째, 예비교사들이 교육실습을 통해 교직문화 적응 과정에서 ‘순응’으로 인식했던 부분 은 학생들과 교사사이에서 어느 위치에서 생활해야 하는가?, 즉 자신들의 존재감에 대한 고민을 하지만 학생들의 이름을 암기하여 불러줌으로써 학생들에게 다가가고자 한다. 둘째, ‘불응’으로 인 식했던 부분은 소위 ‘왕따(outsider)’ 학생에 대한 담임교사의 접근 방식이다. 예비교사는 ‘왕따’ 문 제를 직접적이고 강제적으로 고치려는 담임교사의 방식보다 소통 형식을 통해 자연스럽게 해결해 야 한다는 인식을 갖는다. 셋째, 예비교사는 교과담당 교사의 수업 후 지적사항에 대해 학생의 입 장에서 수용하면서도, 교사의 입장에서 자기만의 교수법을 생각하는 면에서 ‘순응’과 ‘불응’을 동시 에 인식했다.
The purpose of this study is to provide political implication for the desirable teaching practice course by analyzing experience of the teaching culture of a secondary preliminary teacher microscopically through studentteacher's diary. When preliminary teacher accept teachers' culture or want to take teachers' help, This researcher describe this situation as a 'compliance'. and When preliminary teachers lodge a protest against the teaching culture of teachers or rather than show their unique teaching culture, This researcher describe this situation as a 'noncompliance'. As a result, first, The part understanded as a 'compliance' about adaptative course of the teaching culture of a secondary preliminary teacher is first part of the teaching practice course because preliminary teachers imitate or accept uncritically mentor teacher' action owing to the role of a student. Secondary, The part understanded as a 'noncompliance' about adaptative course of the teaching culture of a secondary preliminary teacher is the approaching method of homeroom teacher about what is called, 'wangdda(outsider)'. The preliminary teachers recognize that they have to bring 'wangdda(outsider)' problem to naturally and peaceful interview rather than compulsory. thirdly, The preliminary teachers accept with a dimension of 'compliance' as a student that mentor teacher points out errors after public teaching of the preliminary teacher. but the preliminary teachers are willing to think of their own teaching methodology with a dimension of 'noncompliance' as a teacher.
