The purpose of this study was to analysis how much the school informatization business achieves the initial goal. The research subject of this study is to analysis the result of the school informatization business based on a survey of school administrators, teachers, and students. To find a solution of this research subject, a survey of BSC model based on school administrators, teachers, and students was analyzed objectively. The result of the survey of the 33 elementary school vice-principals, 191 elementary school teachers, and 328 6th grade students was analyzed statistically to evaluate the effects of the school informatization business, and to deduce the developmental direction. Based on the conclusions of this research business the future direction of the school information is presented as follows. First, student-centered learning opportunities based on ICT utilization need to be offered to improve teaching-learning methods. Second, school circumstances for the future need to be created in order to improve effectiveness of teaching-learning processing. The higher authorities need to expand the support scale and budget. Third, the development of the school work manual and principal’s awareness of informatization is needed to improve awareness of work effect and administrative productivity. Fourth, customized informatization training is needed to develop teacher’s information utilization capacity and informational mind.
