This study is intended to explore on developmental bargaining model(DBM) for
the establishment of ideology and identity of teachers' organizations.
To accomplish these objectives, the contents of the study set up were as
follows: First, the study checks the goal system, vision, value of teachers'
organizations from the past to the present and explores the model of teacher
related policy making, participants who have a stake, the way and the model one
bargains.
Second, the study explores on DBM for the establishment of ideology and
identity of teachers' organizations of a future-oriented development. For this, the
study designs framework based on analysis.
The main results of the study are as follows: First, it led to the change of
active participation based on professional corporatism from the passive
participation based on professionalism and corporatism of the past. Second,
education policy of the future will be affected by pluralism related to competition
and cooperation among interest groups. Third, the ideological mainstream of
teachers' organizations that meet the period circumstances of the future is
professional communalism.
