The purpose of this study was to find basic factors for the development of an entrepreneur innovative
educational designer education program in the future by exploring the perceptions of educational designers and
the difficulties in developing educational programs. Method: The subjects were graduate students who took
courses in educational innovation programs. First, we conducted a preliminary awareness survey on the
Entrepreneurship. Then, we Conducted an interview. Secondly, we analyzed the obstacles of program
development through group activities and conducted in-depth interviews to describe the detailed factors. Results:
As a result, the main idea of entrepreneurship was innovation, challenge, entrepreneurship, practice, and
pioneering. The related fields of entrepreneurship were in the order of enterprise and education, and it was
confirmed that the competency was cultivated. As a root cause of the difficulty in developing the second stage
innovative educational designer education program, there is ignorance and mannerism, wide range, lack of
information, lack of understanding about entrepreneur, trapped thoughts, inexperience, entrance-oriented education
ignorance of learner traits, respectively. Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, suggestions for the
development of the entrepreneurship education program in the future were suggested.
