연구목적: 본 연구는 어린이집 교사의 교직적성과 행복감의 관계에서 심리적 소진의 매개효과를 살펴봄으 로써 어린이집 교사의 행복감을 높이는 방안을 모색하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구방법: 이를 위하 여 G도에 소재한 어린이집 교사 259명 대상으로 설문조사를 실시한 후 응답결과를 분석하였다. 연구결과: 그 결과 첫째, 어린이집 교사의 교직적성, 행복감, 심리적 소진 간에 모두 유의미한 상관이 있는 것으로 나 타났다. 둘째, 어린이집 교사의 교직적성 하위영역의 창의성과 자기개발, 대인관계 능력, 안전관리 능력, 긍 정적 정서 순으로 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 어린이집 교사의 심리적 소진 하위영역 의 성취감 저하, 정서적 고갈, 비인간 순으로 행복감에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 결론: 이를 토대로 심리적 소진의 매개효과에 대해 살펴본 결과 어린이집 교사의 교직적성과 행복감의 관계에서 심리적 소진 이 부분매개 역할을 하는 것을 나타났다.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the mediating effect psychological exhaustion on the relationship between nursery school teacher's teaching aptitude and their happiness. Method: This study was conducted at 259 nursery school teacher working in the G province, by measuring teaching aptitude, psychological exhaustion and happiness. Results: First, correlation analysis was carried out to examine the relationships among teaching aptitude, psychological exhaustion, happiness had static correlation. Second, psychological exhaustion mediated the relationships of teaching aptitude and happiness. Third, psychological exhaustion mediated the relationships of teaching aptitude and happiness. Third, psychological exhaustion was found ttat the partial mediation effect on the teaching aptitude and happiness. Conclusion: The preliminary nursery school teachers and various educational models that can improve the in-service teacher aptitude for factors is needed. And should reduce the psychological exhaustion through improved working conditions.
